Wikipedia defines autosuggestion as:
“a form of self-induced suggestion in which individuals guide their own thoughts, feelings, or behavior.”
Having no experience with autosuggestion in any formal way, intuitively, the concept resonates with me.
In a non-scientific yet real way I have personally experienced the power of positive self-talk followed by congruent actions.
